Contemporary new development of the information technology creates a new complex in formation environment.In the information environment,people are both the main body and the ob ject of the information.The relationship between people and the information environment is interac tive.People are also changed and shaped when they create the transformation of the information envi ronment which generating some psychological,thinking and behavior new problems.It is a problem worth researching on how to deal with the problem that the complex information environment influ ences our thinking and behavior.
