年鉴的定位定性与收录撰稿

从中央到地方的各级《年鉴》,已经成为我国现代化建设的龙头产业——信息产业中不可或缺的重要组成部分,它在提供信息、资政、教化、存史等方面越来越显示出其重要作用。《西安外事学院年鉴》自2002 年创办以来已经出版了两部,但至今仍有不少同志在年鉴的地位、作用、特性等诸多问题上还不能正确把握, 在收录撰稿上常常会遇到一些困惑。本文从年鉴的定位、定性上进行了简要分析,同时对年鉴的收录撰稿谈了个人的见解和意见。

The Orientation, Qualification, Compilation and Composition of a Yearbook

Yearbooks at the levels from the central to the local have become an important and indispensable part of the information industry, a leading industry in the modernization construction of our country, and they are increasingly demonstrating an important role in information provision, political consultancy, moralization and historical recording. . Since the foundation of the Yearbook of Xi'an International University, two volumes have been published, but until now, many comrades still cannot properly understand the orientation, role, feature and many other issues concerning the yearbook, and encounter some perplexities in the compilation and composition. This paper provides a brief analysis in terms of orientation and qualification, and narrates personal opinions and suggestions on the compilation and composition of the yearbook.
