| Abstract: | Innovating on the model of population management is an important issue of the government and the public security organ.The public security organ is suggested to take into the continuity of the working mechanism,the specifications of the system and the long-term nature of development into considerations and further explore new modes and effective ways of actual population management under the leadership of the party committee and the government and the guidance of scientific concepts. |
