| Abstract: | To improve the corporate governance of commercial bank in urban areas, we should, based on the analysis of limitations, optimize the structure of stock ownership, strengthen the construction of board of directors, the regulation of corporate governance as well as the inspiring and restricting mechanism, and improve the information disclosure. |
