| Abstract: | Striving for the best not the biggest" and "Greater Dalian" look are two different concepts, but there are indivisible internal relationship between them. "Greater Dalian" is the common ideal of all the people of Dalian. We must do our best to build "Greater Dalian" and to achieve modernization with strong sense of responsibility. |
