| 摘 要： | 恐怖主义由来已久,于当代则成为国际社会安全的大敌,似乎从“9.11事件”起,“安全”重又成为令国际社会紧张的“高级政治”。人们迫切想知道恐怖主义的庐山真面目。目前国内外学者在恐怖主义研究上也著述颇丰,文章对恐怖主义的界定、根源、新特点以及应对策略作了综述。
