| Abstract: | The trade unions in enterprises do ideological and political work in a down-to-earth manner in order to fulfill production task and have a high-level management.Especially in a situation of deepening reform and more new problems, trade unions need to answer questions and explain mistrusts,straighten out emotions in order to constantly promote ideological and political work of trade unions in enterprises,increase the influence and rallying force of the workers' ranks. |
