| 摘 要： | 在故意杀人碎尸案的侦破中,确定死者身份是案件侦破的重要突破口之一。在昆明市"3.16"故意杀人案的侦破中,上级领导的高度重视、认真组织协调,刑侦人员全面细致的现场勘查、DNA检验准确确定被害人和及时调查走访,成为成功侦破此案的关键。

| Abstract: | In the investigation of the intentional dismembered-body homicide,the breakthrough point is to identify the body.With the superior commanders' concern,thoughtful deployment and cooperation,the detectives thoroughly inspected and searched the scene,used DNA test to identify the body and took interview in time.Finally,they successfully cracked this criminal case. |
