研发人员激励机制研究

摘    要:研发人员和一般员工相比,有很强的自我价值实现的需要,有敢于质疑权威的精神,对研发人员的绩效评价具有复杂性。所以要调动他们的创新积极性,必须建立一套独特的激励机制,包括建立基于能力的高薪激励机制、建立基于职业发展的职业生涯规划和多职业通道、采取综合型的研发人员绩效考核模式、实行多样化的情感激励模式。

Abstract:As researchers and developers have behavioral characteristics different form other workers,we should establish a set of specific incentive mechanisms in order to arouse their enthusiasm,including establishing a high-payments incentive mechanism based on capabilities,making plans for professional career based on professional development,adopting a comprehensive policy to assess their achievements and taking various affective incentive measures to encourage them.
