狱情调研分析的规范性探究

狱情调研分析作为狱内侦查工作的重要组成部分，是监狱安全防范工作的主要信息来源、是监管改造工作科学决策的重要依据，监狱必须大力加强、规范操作，切实发挥其基础性作用。当前，由于主客观方面的原因，狱情调研分析工作存在概念模糊、随意性强、方法欠缺、手段落后等问题，严重制约了这项工作的发展。因此，在新的监管形势下，加强狱情调研分析工作的规范性研究、不断提高狱情调研分析的质量，已经成为监管改造工作的重中之重。
