| 摘 要： | 测谎结论虽在民事诉讼中具有积极作用，但其科学性、准确性以及证明能力如何尚存在争议。通过对测谎原理的研究和测谎程序的分析，可以发现测谎技术具备科学性，测谎结论具备证据的客观性、合法性和关联性。测谎结论有助于法官形成内心确信，测谎技术有助于民事借贷纠纷的解决。

| Abstract: | Although polygraph plays a positive effort in cases concerning debit and credit disputes since 1990s,there are still ar-guments about credibility of the conclusion and whether the conclusion is scientific and accurate.From studying the principle of the polygraph and analyzing the procedure of polygraph,we can see that polygraph technology is scientific,furthermore polygraph conclu-sion is objective,legitimate and related,and can help judge to form self-confidence.Polygraph can help to solve the cases concer... |
