中国当代司法体制思考

我国现行司法体制存在诸多弊端,应根据马克思主义哲学内容与形式关系原理、对立统一规律原理,坚持理论与实践相结合的原则,有的放矢地实施举国司法体制、机构垂直设立和司法财政单行。垂直设立的司法体制、机构应当健全和完善监督工作制度。当代新司法体制的建立,对建设一个高度民主、高度文明、高度和谐的社会主义现代化强国具有极其重大的意义。
