| Abstract: | To strengthen the police execution guarantee and reduce the official casualty is a question for discussion all over the world. Guaranteeing the legislation perfect and law enfercement effectively is especially indispeasable. We aim at driving police law enforcement legislation through analysing the actuality of the police law enfercement guarantee and comparing with the foreign law. |
