The development history of impeachment system goes through in 4 phrases.Democracy supervise stage: impeachment system was germinated in ancient Greece and Rome. Shift stage: impeachment system came into being in Britain. Precise design stage: impeachment system maturated in USA. Technical reformation stage: impeachment system popularized all over the world. |
