国有企业经营管理者利益机制分析

摘    要:国企经营管理者利益机制有着与其他阶层不同的特点。国企经营管理者利益机制包括物质需求与精神需求两部分 ,物质需求与精神需求存在着互补关系与替代关系。同时 ,因环境和条件的差异 ,国企经营管理者利益需求是不同的 ,年龄、地区、岗位、公平等是国企经营管理者利益需求的重要影响因素。只有以此为依据来考虑设计国企经营管理者的激励约束机制 ,才能提高针对性和实效性。

Abstract:The characters of state-owned enterprise operators benefit were different from the other classes. The benefit of the state-owned enterprise operators includes material demand and mental demand with the relationship of complementary and substitution used to be various because of the surrounding and conduction. There were many importance influence factors , such as ages, areas, stations, justice. The pertinence and the actual effects of the incense-restriction should be improved, only when the above conductions were took into account.
