| 摘 要： | 本文首先论述了新公共管理的内涵 ,然后对新公共管理运用于中国城市管理提出了具体的思路。论文指出 ,可在城市管理中的政府职能转变、城市管理的主体和城市管理的手段三个方面贯穿新公共管理的理念 ,并进而提出了新公共管理应用于中国城市管理的三大条件。
