| 摘 要： | 走私文物犯罪认定是一个比较复杂的问题。本文主要是结合司法实践中存在的走私文物的不同情形,从犯罪对象、犯罪行为、犯罪行为人的主观故意等几个方面着手,提出了认定此类案件的关键问题。
