| 摘 要： | 由于与西方发达国家发展生产力的历史条件不同,后发展国家所谋求的生产力跨越式发展常常遇到条件与目标、内生与外源、均衡与非均衡、效益与代价等一系列特殊的"悖论性"矛盾,这些矛盾构成了生产力跨越式发展的困境.在克服这些矛盾时,后发展国家必须树立起对待生产力跨越式发展的理性态度;要善于挖掘和利用来自内部与外部的有利因素;应把均衡发展与非均衡发展统一起来;要辨别和处理好发展中的代价.

| Abstract: | In underdeveloping countries, the trans - across development of productive forces always meets a series of paradox and contradictions, such as condition and aim, inner birthing and outer importing , balance and imbalance, benefit and cost and so on, which make the dilemma for the trans - across development. To overcoming such troubles, the rational attitude is needed. |
