| 摘 要： | 中华苏维埃共和国的成立,是中国共产党领导民主革命实施局部执政的重要阶段及重要标志,是新中国成立的一次预演,是党领导和管理国家政权、学会治国安民艺术的一次伟大尝试,为中国共产党培养、造就了一大批党和国家的栋梁之才。在成立中华苏维埃共和国的过程中,联共（布）、共产国际发挥了重要的作用,尤其是联共（布）的作用不容忽视,但联共（布）发挥作用主要还是通过中国共产党实现的。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the Chinese Soviet Republic was an important stage and symbol of the CPC leading the democratic revolution and ruling the country partially.As a preview of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it was a great experiment of the Party leading and managing the state power and learning the art of governing,having cultivated a batch of leaders for the Party and the state.During the process of founding the Chinese Soviet Republic,the Communist Party of Soviet Union(Bolshevik) and Communist International both played an important role.Especially,the role of the former should not be ignored,but its function was realized through the CPC in the main. |
