公共服务体系建设中的问题与对策

完善公共服务体系建设，是党和国家高度重视的问题。目前，我国公共服务体系建设存在投入不足、总量不多，覆盖面不宽，结构不合理，多元社会参与机制尚未形成，公共服务能力有待进一步提高等问题。为此．要通过提高政府全面履行职能的能力、加大财政对公共服务供给投入、切实提高公共服务的覆盖面、优化公共服务投入结构、加快推进政事分开为重点的事业单位改革、进一步加强政府自身建设等对策措施，推进公共服务体系的完善。
