| Abstract: | As one form of common crimes, a larceny case always bears the distinct characteristic of invisibility. Thus the collection of all the evidences involved in such cases should be carried out scientifically and carefully. The acquired evidences should be carefully examined so as to use them accurately in the different periods of investigation, litigation and trial. |
