试论名家的政治法律思想

名家是战国时期一重要的学派,近现代对之研究较多,但大多是集中在对名家思想中逻辑思想的发掘,而忽略了对名家政治法律思想的研究。本文用详尽的资料,从全新的视角论证了名家并非人们所想象的中国古代逻辑学家,指出名家思想中虽有重智与言的一面,但归根结蒂它是为政治伦理服务的;作者进而从名家的言论著述和政治活动两个方面归结出了名家的政治法律思想,并总结出了名家政治法律思想的特点以及对后世的影响。

On Political and Law Thought of the School of Names

The school of Names is an important philosophical school in the warring states period.There are a lot of researches on it in modern times, but,majority of which are focus on logical thought,and ignore its political and law thought.The essay argue that the scholars of names is at Chinese ancient logician as people have expected.Though it is obvious that the school of Names think highly of the intelligence and discourse,all these are the tools which serve for their political and ethical views.
