| 摘 要： | 公车制度改革有利于节省政府行政成本,减轻财政负担;有助于进一步规范职务消费制度;有助于公务员树立廉洁、节约的行政理念;将会促进我国“车经济”的发展。在改革中,应有效控制政府自利性,推进公共财政制度改革,加强和完善监督机制。

| Abstract: | Reform of service car system has some benefits: 1.It's beneficial to save administrative cost and reduce financial burden of the government.2.It's beneficial to standardize the duty consumer system.3.It's beneficial to establish incorruptible and economic administrative concept for the public servants.4.It's beneficial to promote the development of "car economy" of China.During the reform,it should efficiently control the egoism of government,advance the reform of public financial system,strengthen and perfect the supervising mechanism. |
