公安院校大学生自我效能感与职业认同现状及相关性研究

为调查公安院校大学生自我效能感与职业认同现状并探讨其相关性,通过整群抽样法选取某公安院校3280名大学生,采用一般自我效能感量表和警察职业认同量表进行调查,结果显示:该公安院校大学生的一般自我效能感总分为(26.49±5.72)分,职业认同总分为(11.55±1.64)分;单因素分析显示,自我效能感总分、职业认同总分在不同性别、就读层次、年级、是否为独生子女、是否为团员、是否自愿报考公安院校上有差异(p<0.05),且差异有统计学意义。另外,多因素回归分析显示,一般自我效能感是职业认同的影响因素(p<0.05)。研究结果表明该公安院校大学生的一般自我效能感及警察职业认同均处于中等偏上水平,且两者呈正相关性。建议增强公安院校大学生的自我效能感有助于提升其职业认同感。

On the Current Situation and Correlation Research of Self-efficacy and Occupational Identity of Police College Students

To investigate the current situation of self-efficacy and occupational identity of college students in police colleges and explore their correlation,3280 college students in police college were selected by cluster sampling,and the general self-effi?cacy scale and police occupational identity scale were used to conduct the survey.The results showed that:the general self-efficacy scores of college students in police colleges were(26.49±5.72)points,and the total occupational identity score was(11.55±1.64)points.Univariate analysis showed that the total scores of self-efficacy and professional identity varied with gender,level of study,grade.These differences can also be found when it comes to such factors as whether you are a member of the Communist Youth League,whether you are voluntary to apply for police colleges(p<0.05),whether you are the only child of the family,and these differences have statistical significance.Multivariate regression analysis showed that general self-efficacy was an influencing factor of professional identity(p<0.05).The results show that the general self-efficacy and police occupational identity of the stu?dents in police colleges are at the above average level,and there is a positive correlation between the two.It is suggested that en?hancing the self-efficacy of students in police college can help intensify their police occupational identity.
