新时代新疆禁毒学专业建设研究

新疆维吾尔自治区毗邻三大毒源地之一的“金新月”地区,基于该地区民族、宗教、毒品问题的复杂态势,新疆已成为坚决打击“三股势力”、涉毒犯罪活动的主阵地。治理毒品问题的关键在于人。新疆警察学院发挥公安禁毒人才培养主体地位,面临严峻的反恐禁毒形势,勇于承担起新时代文化润疆、禁毒教育和人才培养的重任,需要科学分析与准确把握禁毒工作需求,明晰禁毒专业的办学定位、教学条件、人才培养目标;需要坚持行业导向、特色发展、创新引领、协同共建、合作育警的原则,实施课程、教材和实验实训基地建设;需要聚焦特色,优化专业结构,固本强基,培育禁毒教学科研团队,加强禁毒后备力量保障,服务公安禁毒实战,提高人才培养质量。

Study on the Construction of Drug Control Specialty in the New Era in Xinjiang

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is adjacent to the“Golden Crescent”region,which is one of the three major drug sources.Due to the complex situation of ethnic,religious and drug problems in this region,Xinjiang has become the battle field to crack down the“three forces”and drug-related crimes.The key to dealing with the drug problem lies in people.Xinjiang Police College plays an important role in police anti-drug talent training.Facing serious anti-terrorism situation in drug control,Xinjiang Police College took the responsibility of nurturing Xinjiang with cultural,and educating anti-drug talents.It is necessary to adhere to the principles of industry-orientation,characteristic development,innovation guidance,collaborative construction and cooperative police training.Further actions should be taken as focusing on the professional structure,cultivating the anti-drug teaching and researching team,strengthening the anti-drug reserve guarantee force,and improving personnel training.
