领导干部政德建设探讨

加强领导干部政德建设对促进经济社会科学发展和推进和谐社会建设具有重要的意义。当前,思想政治素质不高、官本位思想突出、道德滑坡是一些领导干部政德失范的主要表现,而市场经济的负面冲击和影响,领导干部世界观、人生观、价值观的偏离是导致其政德失范的主要原因。加强领导干部政德建设,必须从制度上引导和规范领导干部的道德观念和道德行为,逐步使政德建设走上法制化、规范化和制度化的轨道;从思想上引导和规范领导干部的道德观念和道德行为,逐步实现政德建设的内心认同和主观自觉。

Reflections on Cadres Morality Construction

Morality construction of the party cadres and officers play an important role in promoting the social and economical development of China. Current problems in morality construction are represented by low ideological and political qualities, prominent ＂official standard＂ thoughts, and declining morals, mainly caused by the impact of the market economy and hence the deviation of values. To strengthen morality construction, guidance must be provided with moral values and ethical behavior, and standardized and institutionalized construction must be started step by step. Eventually, ethical serf identification and subjective consciousness will be fostered.
