| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济的时代,在知识经济的竞争中,商业秘密对企业的发展至关重要。鉴于我国刑法有关侵犯商业秘密罪客观构成要件的规定,既失之严密,又过于笼统,标准很难把握,笔者对此逐一进行透视和解析。

| Abstract: | The21st centry is the time of knowledgeable economy.During this competition,the commercial se-crets plays a very important part in the development of enterprises.However,our criminal rule which concerned with the objective constitutive elements of invasion of commercial secrets is not so close but a little general,which makes it difficult to grasp it' s standards.So the author will penetrate and analyse it in detail. |
