| 摘 要： | 为构建以知识产权为核心的信息法制体系 ,应首先理顺知识产权与信息产权的关系 ,建立信息管理的特殊机制。我国应尽快制定信息资源管理法、信息流通法、信息服务法 ,并加强信息立法的国际合作。

| Abstract: | In ordcr to construct legal system of nuclear information to intcllectual property right, we have to put the relationship bctween intelleetual property right and information property right into order, then to build a speeial system of information administration. In our country, we have to legislate the administrational law of informational resouree, information circulation law, informational servic law as soon as possible, meanwhile, we have to enhance international cooperation for informational legislation. |
