| Abstract: | In the respect of the formation of right, the right of use of land of residential quarters manifests the right of use of the base of buildings and accessory right of use of the base, and in the respect of the formation of subject, it manifests the right of use of the surface of the base as well as the space up and down. It mainly includes the right of use of the space of the roof platform and the space under the ground. These rights have their own categories and relations of use. |
