| 摘 要： | 科技进步对司法制度的完善起着巨大的促进作用 ,主要表现 :一是科技进步对司法思想的启迪和影响 ,二是科技手段对司法方法的渗透和充实 ,三是科技成果对司法手段的更新和提高。科学技术既是建立现代司法制度的重要基础 ,又是现代司法制度有效运转的基本动力 ,也是现代司法制度发展完善的可靠保证。

| Abstract: | The advancement of science and technology gives impetus to the improvement of judicial system. Firstly, the advancement of science and technology inspires and influences the judicial ideology. Secondly, scientific and technological means embodies and enriches the judicial approaches. Thirdly, scientific and technological achievements renew and enhance the judicial means. Science and technology is not only the important basis of establishing modern judicial system, but also the basic drive of effectively operating the judicial system. It is also the reliable guarantee of the development and improvement of modern judicial system. |
