| Abstract: | In the case of entrustment loan, the liability of security of loan should be undertaken by the trustee as long as the prospective borrower is not appointed. In the case of mortgage loan, contract of mortgage is valid after being registered. The party who guarantees for the borrower will undertake the general guaranty liability or joint and several liability. Six points should not be lacking in financing lease contract. |
