| 摘 要： | 在对我院 98、99两届毕业生就业情况进行分析比较 ,对来自用人单位和历届毕业生的反馈信息进行综合归纳的基础上 ,联系我院当前的教学实际 ,提出了进一步深化教改的几点想法。文章认为 ,面对毕业生就业的形势和走向 ,必须进一步优化课程结构 ,更新教学内容 ,加强师资队伍建设 ,优化教学管理 ,加强就业指导

| Abstract: | By comparing the employment situation of 98 and 99 graduates of our college and by summarizing the feedback from the employers of our graduates, the author put forwards several suggestions to further deepen the reform in teaching considering the reality of education in our college. The author thinks that, in the face of the serious employment situation and its trend, it is necessary to improve the structure of courses, to renew the teaching contents, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, to perfect the teaching management, to intensify the employment guidance. |
