当前我国的群体矛盾具有利益性、群体性 ,矛盾的主要方面是管理层。众多人聚合在一起的社会行为可分为乌合行为、群体行为、组织行为三种类型 ,有其各自的行为特征和发展过程。群体行为具有正负两方面的社会功能。为预防大规模的群体行为要建立宣泄机制 ,建立社会预防体系。对危及社会稳定的群体行为应尽量采用软控制方式 ,万不得已方可动用硬控制手段

On Massive Contradiction and Massive Behavior

At present, massive contradiction in China is characterized by interests and massiveness. The main aspect of contradiction is management. Social behavior by a group of people gathering together can be classified into mobbish behavior, massive behavior and organizational behavior, with their respective behavioral characteristics and developing process. Massive behavior has positive and negative social functions. In order to prevent massive behavior in a large scale,it is necessary to establish mechanism to give vent to their feelings, to establish social prevention system. The massive behavior harmful to the stability of society should be controlled in a soft way, but sometimes in a hard way when it is absolutely necessary.
