| 摘 要： | “一国两制”下的中国法律体系 ,是以主要在中国内地实施的社会主义法律体系为主干 ,与香港、澳门两个特别行政区和台湾地区各自相对独立的法律体系所组成的统一整体。“一国两制”下的中国法律体系有两种不同性质的法律体系共存 ,含有属于三种不同法系的法律 ,出现四个不同法域的区际法律冲突

| Abstract: | Chinese legal system under One Country Two Systems is an integrated whole which in composed of socialist legal system mainly implemented in Chinese continent and relatively independent legal systems in Hongkong and Macau Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan. Chinese legal system under One Country Two Systems has co-existence of two legal systems of different nature, involves the law belonging to three different legal systems, and possesses four different jurisdictions. |
