Promoting the Productivity of Police:on the Train of Thinking Reconstruction for Containing Crime in China

To increase police force because of the increase of crime is a single reaction mode of containing crime in China. With the development of modern police philosophy, the relation between police and crime has been examined differently. It's necessary to integrate the existing police resources and make a transformation from relying only on increasing police force to promoting the productivity of police so as to contain crime efficiently. It's an important technical measure to contain crime by promoting police productivity and making a new arrangement of police resources in China's future.
