浅析社会资本对大学生就业的影响

社会资本具有不同于社会关系和社会资源的性质和类型，它的产生需要具备特定的社会结构，即社会关系网的“终端”。然而，具有“差序格局”的中国社会却缺少这种结构，而且传统儒家文化中某些伦理道德规范也限制了社会资本有效机制的广泛确立。因此，社会资本在我国的发展需要与特定的社会现状相结合，既不能将社会资本过度化，也不能忽视社会资本的重要作用，只有这样才能正确认识社会资本对当前我国大学生就业形势所产生的积极和消极的影响。

Analysis on the Influence of Social Capital on College Students' Employment

Social capital is different form social relationship and social resources in terms of nature and type. Its evolution needs unique social structure, that is, the＂ terminal＂ of social relationship network. However, in China, with the ＂pattern of difference sequence＂, there is not such a structure in Chinese seciety. Further more, some ethic moral rules embraced in the traditional Confucian culture also hinder effective mechanism of social capital from establishing widely. Therefore, the development of social capital in China should be corresponding to our specific social situation. We can neither transit sgcial capital, nor neglect its important role. Only in this way, can we correctly understand both the positive and negative influence of social capital to the situation of college students＇ employment.
