| Abstract: | The strong human-centered spirit of law can be read both in the legal conception of Marx and Engles and in the development of western rule of law. However, due to the influence of various factors, the extension of the legal instrumental reason has appeared in our building of governing by law, consequently the human-centered spirit has been lost. Therefore, the most important thing is to discard the legal instrumentalism and pragmatism, and finally to enhance the human-centered legal spirit. |
