On the Transformation and Upgrading of Prison Enterprises in Accordance with the "Primary Criterion"

Development is an eternal theme. An important theoretical issue nowadays is how to transform and upgrade prison enterprises and achieve the sustainable and healthy development of prison production under the guidance of the ＂Primary Criterion＂. Currently, prison enterprises in China face many difficulties. An in-depth interpretation of the ＂Primary Criterion＂ and ＂Transformation and Upgrading＂ contributes to the scientific under- standing of how prison production develops and to the promotion of prisons and prison production work so as to achieve a virtuous cycle of development.
