关于构建我国租谐政党关系若干问题的思考

在我国,政党关系是政治领域和社会领域中涉及党和国家工作全局的重大关系,是构建和谐社会的政治基础。构建和谐的政党关系具有广泛而坚实的历史基础、政治基础和现实基础。共产党和民主党派性质、纲领、基础及地位和作用方面存在着差异。承认和尊重这种差异,并将这种差异控制在合理的范围之内,才能保持政党之间的和谐,否则将损害政党和谐的政治基础。要加强和改善共产党对多党合作和民主党派的领导,正确处理党的领导和尊重民主党派的关系;与发扬民主的关系;与充分发挥党外人士作用的关系。共产党要协助民主党派加强以思想建设为核心、组织建设为基础、制度建设为保障的自身建设。

Some Questions Thinking on Constructing the Harmonious Relationship among the Government and Parties in China

The relationship among the Government and Parties is the important relationship which relates to the whole work of the party and nation in politics and society realm in China.And the relationship among the Government and Parties is the political base for constructing harmonious society.There are abroad and stable historical,political,real base in constructing the harmonious relationship among the Government and Parties.Admitting and re- specting the difference which including character,creed,base,status and function between the Communist Party and the democracy parties is in order to maintain harmony among the Government and Parties,otherwise,it will damage the political base of harmony among the Government and Parties.We should enhance and improve the Community Party's leading to the democracy parties,and deal with the relation between the party's lead and respect of the democracy parties and so on.The Communist Party should help self-construction of the democracy parties which considering the idea construction as core,organization construction as base,system construction as safeguard.
