近年来，“金新月”毒品向我国渗透的势头凶猛，现实危害明显加剧。“金三角”和“金新月”两大毒源地的渗透活动因入境发展历程各异、地理环境和政治背景差异较大而有着明显的区别。“金新月”地区毒品渗透活动经过几年的发展。已发生了质的变化，即由潜在威胁变为现实危害，对新疆渗透态势已由中转站逐渐向中转站、集散地和消费地并存发展，并将进入持续活跃期。我们必须强化情报工作和专案侦查，积极推动本区域与国际禁毒合作等侦查措施。以提高打击“金新月”毒品的主动进攻能力。

On Permeation of "Golden Crescent" Drugs to Xinjiang and Investigation Ways

In the recent years, ＂Golden Crescent＂ drugs permeated to China fierce｜y and the factual damage became worse obviously. ＂Golden Crescent＂ and ＂Golden Triangle＂, the two drug sources, have evident differences in the permeation, due to their respective history development, geographical environment and political background. The permeation of ＂Golden Crescent＂ drugs has already taken place the essential change during several years; namely, change the latent threat into real endangerment. Xinjiang has already become a transmit station, distributing center and consumption place from a turnover station. In addition, the situation will get into an active period. We have to enhance intelligence work and project investigation, push local and international cooperation and improve the initiative ability of striking ＂Golden Crescent＂ Drugs.
