| 摘 要： | 政府执行力是政府工作的生命力,它既不同于传统行政法上的行政行为执行力,也不同于党的执政能力。政府执行力受到包括执行主体、执行客体、执行资源、执行环境、执行手段、执行体制等多种因素的影响和制约。提升政府执行力,必须强化“软件”建设,同时提供“硬件”支持。

| Abstract: | Government's executive abilities are the vital force of our government work.They are not only unlike administration behavior executive abilities in tradition administrative law,also is unlike a Party's governing capacity.Government's executive abilities accept various factor effect and restraint,including the executive of the main body,executive object,executive resources,executive environment,executive means,and executive systems.Promoting our local government's executive abilities,we must strengthen "software" construction,and provide "hardware" support at the same time. |
