当代社会主义的理论与实践随想

当代社会主义的理论与实践包括既有联系又有区别的两个方面的内容:一是马克思、恩格斯创立的科学社会主义理及其指导下的国际共产主义运动;二是符合特定国家国情的、具有特定国家特色的、作为特定国家的现代化模式的社会主义理论与实践.由于种种可以理解的原因,两者被有意无意地完全混同了起来.但是,准确揭示两者的区别与联系,却是我们有可能对正在进行中的社会主义经济和政治体制改革作出客观而恰如其分的评价的前提.

Notions on Theory and Practice of Contemporary Socialism

The theory and practice of contemporary socialism contain two correlative and distinguished aspects: one is the socialism theory created by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels and international communism movement directed by the theory; the other is the socialism theory and practice that conform to specific situation of certain state, have national characteristics, and are regarded as the mode of modernization of certain state. These two aspects are intentionally or unconsciously confused with each other due to various comprehensible reasons; however to reveal their difference and relation will be the precondition of which the ongoing socialism economic and political reform may be appraised objectively and appropriately.
