| Abstract: | It relates to social stable and the people's benefit and initiative to correctly deal with the distribution relation among state,business and individual.Deepening the reformation of distribution System and strengthening the guarantee system is the main aspect to build comparatively well off socienty in all direction and the demand of developing socialist market economy,and the basic Strateyy of governing the country at the same time making it stable over a long time. |
