| 摘 要： | 我国有些学者就"乙肝歧视"案件提出其危害性在于侵害了乙肝病毒携带者的政治权、劳动权及隐私权.文章反驳了这些观点,并指出"乙肝歧视"侵害的是公民的平等权,且提出了作者的一些立法建议.
