| Abstract: | The prevention and control of AIDS involves the knowledge of legal, policy and profession. To push the administration of public security agencies to the high risks group forward and make good use of its function, the following measures are suggested: changing ideology to fight against AIDS; increasing the cooperation among different departments to gain experience; sticking to the rule which controls the origin of the disaster and mixes fight with prevention; improving the quality of the police and level of administration. |
