| 摘 要： | 死刑复核程序在保障被告人权利和打击犯罪两个方面都具有极为重要的作用 ,但是我国的死刑复核程序在复核权的归属、程序启动、审理范围和方式等方面的规定都有明显的缺隐。解决这些问题应当建立以权利为中心的死刑复核程序。
