| 摘 要： | 在社会研究中只有建立＂问题意识＂,才能遏制低水平重复研究的不良学术风气;社会研究中的＂问题＂应该是现有＂知识库存＂不能解决或解答的问题,在社会研究中,＂解决问题＂也是问题,而不仅是技术或数学上的问题;提出问题的逻辑过程是研究领域→研究主题→研究问题;＂问题意识＂是理论对于问题的能动的阐释;问题的提出和问题意识的建立要以科学怀疑为前提,并取决于研究者的知识结构;对已有研究的文献分析是提出问题和建立问题意识的基础。
