| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国校园生存和发展的环境和条件在不断的发生变化,一些突发事件扰乱了校园内原有正常的教学、科研秩序,同时也威胁到学校广大师生的安全。校园突发事件其复杂性让学校管理者感到难以把握,但这并不意味着校园突发事件就不能够被预防和控制,关键在于要摸清突发事件的本质,掌握其规律,从而为管理者的预防、应对提供有力的科学依据。
