| 摘 要： | 警察权是国家权力的重要组成部分,警察权的运行状态在一定程度上标志着一个国家法制文明的发展水平。目前我国正处于社会主义转型时期,我国警察权在其运行过程中存在许多问题,因此应当对其加以规制,使之更加符合现代法治社会对警察权的效能要求,进一步推动我国警政革新的步伐。

| Abstract: | Police power is an important component of state power. To some extent,the operation condition of police power symbolizes the civilization level of the development of a country's legal system. At present,China is undergoing the socialist transitional period. There are many problems in the course of police power operation in China. Therefore,police power shall be regulated to meet the requirements of modern legal society and to further accelerate policing system innovation. |
