| Abstract: | From aspect of procuratorial supervision, this article analyzed empirically the characteristics of the crimes of malfeasance committed by judicial functionary and clarified problems and predicament in judicial practice, based on which systematic and technical factors restricting the efficiency of procuratorial supervision were discovered and some directional suggestions were indicated concerning how to strengthen and ameliorate the procuratorial supervision. |
